Payment & Delivery
All purchases from Madame Gigi’s will be delivered to you beautifully gift boxed – gift box, tissue, ribbon - the works.... If you would like a personal message included in the gift wrapping just let us know by filling in the relevant field at the time of ordering.

If an item is to be sent as a gift, you can specify a separate address for the purchase to be sent to and the receipt/delivery note will be sent to the address entered with the payment details.  You can also use this facility to have orders delivered to your work address if you are not home during the day to accept delivery.

Orders will be dispatched as soon as payment through our secure system has cleared. Your security is top of our priorities so we use one of the leading online payment companies that offers cutting edge security and fraud prevention for your peace of mind.

Payment is processed by Paypal, however you DO NOT need a fully verified and operational Paypal account in order to make payment. You can pay quickly and easily by debit or credit card by just filling out your details and entering your card details.

Delivery
ALL UK DELIVERY IS FREE.  Our standard delivery is “Special Delivery™ Next Day” to help ensure your order arrives safe and on time. Orders will be despatched as soon as payment has cleared. We find this ensures reliable, secure, fast delivery of your order giving you reassurance that your purchase will be safely with you within a few days.

Orders will usually be dispatched the day after the order has been placed and should arrive the day after that, ensuring your order arrives within 2 days of it being placed. Orders placed on a Friday or over a weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

You will receive a confirmation email from us on receipt of your order and one more email advising you of dispatch of your order.

Please note, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of items after they have been signed for on delivery. 

Overseas Delivery
We have a standard delivery charge of £10.00 for shipping to the USA. This is a 2-3 day fully insured airmail service. For overseas delivery outwith the USA please email us at info@madamegigis.com with your delivery address and the items you wish to purchase and we will reply within 24Hrs with a quote for delivery price (this process does not commit you to making a purchase).

Returns
By the very nature of lingerie we appreciate that sizing can be a tricky matter. If your purchase is unsuitable it can be returned to us within 14 days of order date and we will despatch another style or size to you on receipt of the returned items.  We will offer a refund if the item you require is not available. We cannot accept returns where there is evidence that the item has been worn.  All briefs and thongs MUST be tried on over underwear, and all items must be returned in the original packaging with all labels intact on the garment.

When returning an item please email returns@madamegigis.com before posting to advise us that the item is not suitable and we will let you know if there is a replacement item available. We will then advise you of postage details.

We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit in delivery back to us. We recommend all items are returned using an insured and signed for delivery service.
